Arman Latif, Partner & Co-Founder
Mr. Latif is a co-founder and partner of The LPK Group. Mr. Latif was previously the Director of Information Technology for Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Company. Mr. Latif spent almost a decade of his professional career holding various business and technology management positions at The Vanguard Group from 1998 to 2007. Mr. Latif graduated from McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Economics and Accounting.

Rajiv Perera, Partner & Co-Founder
Mr. Perera is a co-founder and partner of The LPK Group. Mr. Perera was previously the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Company. He was the Vice President for Customer Connectivity & E-commerce at Genworth Financial and GE Financial Assurance. Before GE Financial, Mr. Perera was the Manager for e-Business Technology at GE FANUC (GE Industrial Systems). Worked on a 5-year phased implementation of SAP R/3 for Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing. Mr. Perera graduated from University of Virginia with a Master of Science in Information Technology. He received a Bachelor in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems and a MBA from the University of Louisiana.

Viren Kapadia, Partner & Co-Founder
Mr. Kapadia is a co-founder and partner of The LPK Group. Mr. Kapadia was previously the Vice President of Information Technology & Sourcing, CIO for Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Company. Mr. Kapadia spent almost a decade of his professional career holding various Sr. IT Leadership positions at General Electric / Genworth Financial from 1997 to 2006. Mr. Kapadia was Software Development Manager for Aetna, Inc. from 1991 until 1997 before starting at GE. Mr. Kapadia graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science. He received his MBA from University of New Haven.

Mindy Savedge Meredith, Sales Executive
Ms. Meredith joins the LPK Group as Sales Executive to help us expand our presence locally and nationally. She brings with her twenty years of sales experience in well renowned technology companies, such as, Microsoft, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Unisys, SunGard & Global Network Technology Services. Prior to joining the LPK Group, Ms. Meredith was a sales professional with CSC Technology Leasing Company located in Virginia. Ms. Meredith received a Bachelors degree from Longwood University and Masters degree with honors from the University of Virginia and Old Dominion University.
