Known as Technology Cost Rationalization (TCR), our methodology is a simple and quick process to realize savings.

We follow a simple 3 step process to identify savings.

Step 1 – Data Gathering Phase

Our highly skilled professionals will spend one face to face meeting session with the client to review data needs for us to perform savings analysis.  We will assist in the data collection process by providing templates to make the task easier for the client.

Step 2 – Analysis Phase
The LPK Group will compare company cost information against benchmark data to identify potential savings.  We will prepare a summary of our findings to share with the client.

Step 3 – Recommendation Phase
We will meet face to face with clients to review our findings.  Our recommendation will be broken down by immediate, near-term and future savings opportunities so clients may decide what effort to focus on.
